STITCH DOWN THEORY

Firstly, to reduce the weight of the shoe,Phylon midsole is wrapped in the rubber outsole, and an anti-puncture pad is placed above the midsole. At the same time, a PVC waterproof plate is added between the upper and the sole.

The upper, waterproof cushion, and the sole are tightly bonded using a double-needle sewing process,achieving never-lose-sole effect. Although the process is complex, it can ensure durability and waterproof effect.
